Can't Index Apple Loops Folder

Hello there.

Please can you help.
When I drag my Apple Loops folder into Logic 9's loops browser they don't index. It says no loops e.t.c

You can drag an individual loop in and it sees that.

I reset the permissions to test / gave 'everyone' full admin to the audo / apple loops folder and trickled them down to enclosing items but they still refuse to index the whole folder.

Please can someone help? It's happening on the same machines and we have 50 of them! Using Mavericks and Logic 9 and I'm logged in as a local admin.
